Low Carb dieters in this study not only lost the most fat they also had the best drop in chlorestorol.
This is another take on the same study mentioned in the MSNBC clip. However, here the reporting is more acurate and shows that the 10.3 lbs lost was really only an average.
It does make the point that one should follow a diet that works for you - something we at LCM wholy aggree with.
