Question: How to add variety without over doing it?

Well, in truth, you can never “over-do” variety. But that’s not really the question. Despite what some people will try and tell you, you can over-eat on a low-carb diet.

The best way of increasing or adding variety to your diet is to buy a cookbook. If you don’t want to buy a cookbook, there are lots of good recipes on the website and links to other websites that have recipes that you can use. To make sure you’re not overdoing the quantity, eat the right type of food for your particular low carb diet and use sensible portion control. Also, determine what your max calories should be and don’t exceed them.
