Grape seed extract to reduce blood pressure PDF Print E-mail
Written by LCM
Many in the medical profession would assess someone as having high blood pressure if their readings are above 140/90, yet these same caring medics seem to ignore the fact that there are many prescription drugs used to treat high blood pressure that will increase the likelihood of heart disease or even a stroke. And I can guarantee that less than 1 in a 100 of those same professionals would be aware of the latest University of California study, which found the safe and natural option to all of these drugs.

That safe and natural option is grape seed extract. In the study at the University of California at Davis, subjects had their blood pressure measured and were then given 300mg of grapeseed extract. After a while, their blood pressure was measured again. The findings were quite frankly, remarkable. The subjects systolic pressure (that’s the top number) was lowered by an average of more than 12 points, whilst the diastolic pressure (which is the bottom number) dropped by an average of more than 8 points.

In addition, the subjects also had their LDL (otherwise known as “bad cholesterol”) measured as well. After taking the grapeseed extract, this was found to have been reduced also.

You can be sure we’ll be bringing you more news on this later.
